Rick Santorum and the controlling majority of the Republican Party have become Theocrats. They are the only True Christians with any moral values and principles which are based on their interpretation of the Bible.
Recently, speaking about President Obama, Santorum made the statement that Obama says he's a Christian, but his policies aren't based on the bible. In other words, Obama says he's a Christian, but he's not my kind of Christian. You know. The Right Kind of Christian.
Only those who believe the way Rick Santorum believes is The Right Kind of Christian. That excludes Mitt Romney who is Mormon, although he is attempting to convince conservative Republicans he is their kind of Christian.
If Rick Santorum became president all of his policies would be based on the Bible. That would be his interpretation of the Bible. Everyone would have to convert to his version of Christianity and all laws and policies would reflect those Christian views.
I envision a President Santorum speaking with his God every morning before making policy decisions. Maybe he would arrange to climb a mountain and bring back his new policies on stone tablets.
NOW THAT WOULD BE A REVELATION.
HE COULD CHANGE HIS TITLE TO THE SUPREME PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. I"M SURE FIVE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT WOULD ENDORSE THIS AS LONG AS THEY COULD KEEP THEIR CORPORATE PERKS.
PRESIDENT SANTORUM AND REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS COULD DO AWAY WITH CONTRACEPTIVES SINCE IT WOULD BECOME LAW THAT THE ONLY TIME ONE CAN BE INTIMATE WITH ANOTHER IS TO PROCREATE.
SINCE WE ALL KNOW THAT IS THE ONLY TIME THAT RICK SANTORUM HAS BEEN INTIMATE WITH HIS WIFE BASED ON HIS PHILOSOPHY OF NOT USING CONTRACEPTIVES.
DON'T YOU JUST LOVE THESE NEW SOCIAL CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS.
