People Lie....So What Else Is New?
John Edwards recently got caught in a lie about an affair......so what else is new. People lie every day to every one. Husbands lie to wives, wives lie to husbands, boys lie to girls, girls lie to boys, employees lie to bosses, bosses lie to employees and a big WHOOPDEEDOO.......POLITICIANS LIE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.
So John Edwards lied, but no one died. George Bush lied, thousands died and what are we concerned about? JOHN EDWARDS! Where the hell is our own moral sensibilities? Why the hell are we even concerned about the Edwards. Let's just leave them alone and hope they can somehow overcome this betrayal and disloyal indiscretion of John's to his wife Elizabeth.
After all the years of love and devotion given by Elizabeth Edwards she is rewarded by his affair with another woman. We need to fuck off and leave this woman alone without the continued publicity given this situation. Remember, she is the one who has to somehow clear her head of thoughts and visions of her husband making love to another woman after all the years she has devoted to him. Folks, this happens every day somewhere in the United States.
Every single day some man or woman decides to jump into bed with someone other than their husband or wife for some reason.......than they go back home and lie. When they are caught, they will still lie and say how much they truly love their mate.....until the next time.
Well, Welcome to Politics. This is what politicians do to us every day they are running for office or are in office. They swear they love us, will never do anything to hurt us, and will always be there to support us and than jump into bed with another lover to gain some favor. But, they always come back asking for forgiveness. And we the American Public always take our favorite politician back knowing that like a cheating husband or wife, they will do it to us again and again until we finally say ENOUGH!
FOLKS, EVERYONE LIES. We can only hope that whichever candidate we support in an election, the lies will not outweigh the good they can do for us. We can only hope that when they betray the trust given them by us that innocent people don't die for their arrogance and greed.
We have been down that road recently and the heartbreak and dishonor to our GREAT COUNTRY cannot be undone. Like a disloyal spouse, we can only hope to overcome the grief.
WAKE-UP! Leave the Edwards alone and lets get back to the most important issue at this time. SAVING OUR COUNTRY FROM THE LAST SEVEN YEARS OF BEING BETRAYED!
