IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY
Every politician that is opposed to health care reform with a public option is basically in bed with the health insurance companies. If you doubt it:
(1) Check who contributes to their campaign funds.
(2) What friends, former employees, relatives are employed with a connection to health insurers.
(3) Who do they socialize with or who treats them to perks.
Check out the "Blue ScumDog Democrats", Senators Grassley, Conrad, and the rest of the true Death Panel Group. These are the people who don't give a rat's ass about grandma dying.
And what is this shit about the government coming between you and your doctor? Oh, yeah. It's much better having an insurance company telling your doctor that he/she can't do the procedure that might save your life............BECAUSE THEY WON'T PAY FOR IT!
I bet your favorite politician isn't refused treatment. Can you imagine Senator Grassley or Conrad being told they can't receive a procedure.......Noooooooooooo oooo!!!
They also have a great insurance plan paid for by the taxpayer. If they become ill....the best of everything........if you become ill...well, if your insurance isn't there......go to an emergency room.
Folks, these anti-health care reform politicians, insurance companies and paid town hall meeting terrorists.........DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT YOU, GRANDMA OR YOUR CHILDREN.
So, you say " I have health insurance through my employer.....I'm safe." And I say, " Unless you trust your employer with your life........WAKE UP! YOU MAY BE NEXT AT THE ER."
Did you know the Congressional Budget Office states that a public option would save 150 Billion Dollars over the next ten years. Or, we can just let that go into the pockets of Executives and Politicians.........You know, that great group that cares about You, Grandma and the kids. I'm sure they plan on taking care of you when you declare bankruptcy for medical bills that weren't paid.
And don't expect President Obama and Company to stand up to the Republicans and the Blue ScumDogs................he just wants to be friends, Bipartisan friends. You know......the kind that smile sweetly and when you turn your back........in goes the knife!
Big Problem........Republicans don't know how to be bipartisan......they just talk the talk for political show. Trust me.......Republicans will do any thing they need to get back into power and unless the current administration grows a "Big Set" they will succeed.
Strange isn't it? I detested George Bush, but he always got what he wanted.........which usually meant screwing over the American public.......and the so-called party of the people known as Democrats went along with George and the big business Republican party.
Don't get me wrong. I think they'll pass a health care bill for bragging rights before election time.....but it will only benefit big money insurers......just like the medicare drug bill benefited Big PhRMA.
